We’re transitioning to a new claims processing system

We are in the process of transitioning all dental lines of business throughout 2024 to a new service and claims platform. Our administrative services only (ASO) members moved to this platform on September 1. All members will be fully transitioned to the MyDentalCoverage by December 31, 2024. Below are other claims-related process updates:

Transition to MyDentalCoverage: By 2025, all dental providers need to be registered with MyDentalCoverage, the online portal that is tied to our new claims platform. 

EFT payment: Because we will be continually migrating members to the new platform throughout 2024, you must register on MyDentalCoverage now in order to receive EFT payment. Once registered, you can manage or review your payments by clicking the Electronic Funds Transfer link on MyDentalCoverage’s homepage.

FEP exception: Member information for FEP members will remain on Availity Essentials. Reimbursement schedules, EFT payment, and all FEP-related information will also remain on Availity Essentials.
