Credentialing updates

On October 1, dental network management at USAble Life began processing credentialing, re-credentialing, and provider updates and changes. Please submit initial credentialing, contracts, and changes on asurisdental.com. For recredentialing, you will receive applications from our credentialing verification organization (CVO), VPoint, six months before your next credentialing due date. To avoid any impact on your network participation, please complete the required paperwork and return it to VPoint at your earliest convenience.
