Asuris Dental Claims Payer ID Change

Beginning July 1, 2026, Asuris Northwest will update the electronic Payer ID used to route Asuris Northwest Commercial and Medicare Advantage dental claims.

What’s changing: the Payer ID (and the payer name you may see in your system).

What’s staying the same: Asuris members and benefits—claims will continue to process for Asuris members when submitted with the correct Payer ID.

Please submit Asuris Commercial and Medicare Advantage dental claims using: Payer ID: 89070 (payer name may display as United Concordia).

United Concordia processes dental claims for these Asuris plan types, which is why the payer name in your system may display as United Concordia.

Submitting claims with the correct Payer ID will help avoid processing delays.
